ePetition – More bins a clean city centre, surrounding areas and river’s embankment
Purpose of Report: The purpose of the report is to update the
Executive Member on an e-petition that the Council has received in
respect of the city centre. The report will outline current
provision in the city centre for the Executive Member’s
consideration.
The Executive Member will be asked to consider the petition and
information presented in the report.
The Council aims to give the same 28 days’ clear notice of non-key decisions as it does for key decisions, but in exceptional circumstances this may not be possible. It has not been possible to give 28 clear days’ notice of the intention to make this decision due to an administrative error.
