York Outer Ring Road – Phase 1 Dualling – Evaluation of Consultation and Resolution to Submit a Planning Application.
Purpose of Report: to provide a summary on the outcome of the
consultation process and how this has influenced the design for the
Phase 1 dualling proposals. The project team will seek a resolution
for submission of a planning application based on the revised
proposals presented and incorporated within the report.
The Executive will be asked to note the consultation process and
outcomes and approve the revised design which is now being
presented as an outcome of this. Having approved the revised
design, members will be asked to confirm they wish to start the
planning application process.
