This application was initially considered by the Executive Member for Finance and Performance at his decision session on 15 August 2016. The Executive Member decided to refer the application for a decision by full Executive as he felt that the application merited broader consideration, and to provide an opportunity to explore in more depth, the information provided by the owners of the property.
