Members are asked to decide whether White Rose House, Wheldrake should be added to the list of assets of
community value.
This application was initially considered by the Executive Member for Finance and Performance at his decision session on 15 August 2016. The Executive Member decided to refer the application for a decision by full Executive as he felt that the application merited broader consideration, and to provide an opportunity to explore in more depth, the information provided by the owners of the property.
Decision:
Resolved: That the Executive agree to the listing of White Rose House, Wheldrake as an Asset of Community Value.
Reason: To ensure full consideration of the community uses of the property.
