Full consultation took place within the
Building Services team for contract requirements within the housing
portfolio.
Discussions were also held with the Health and Safety department
concerning their joining in on the procurement in order to include
public buildings but this aspect did not proceed.
Legal department vetted the proposed contract documents and
amendments were made as highlighted by them.
