Purpose of Report: To meet the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) regulatory requirement to provide tenants and leaseholders with performance information on their housing service.

The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the 2013/14 Tenant and Leaseholder Annual Report for printing and distribution with the September edition of Streets Ahead.
