meet the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) regulatory
requirement to provide tenants and leaseholders with performance
information on their housing service.
The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the 2013/14 Tenant and
Leaseholder Annual Report for printing and distribution with the
September edition of Streets Ahead.
This item has been moved from an August to September decision because further work is required

Resolved: That Option 1, to agree the draft 2013-14 Tenants and Leaseholders Annual Report, enabling despatch with October Streets Ahead, be approved.
Reason: To ensure Housing meets its regulatory requirement; to enable tenants and leaseholders to scrutinise performance: and to achieve value for money.
