Purpose of Report: To seek approval of the revised and updated Allocations Policy and Application Form, in order to allocate pitches across the Council's three sites fairly and consistently. The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the updated draft policy and application form to be implemented forthwith.

This decision will now be made during July as further clarification is required.
