Response to OfT Consultation 'Public Transport Ticketing Block exemption' review
Purpose of report: The
report will provide details of the Authority's response to the
consultation document, due for submission on or before October
20th. This will then be considered by the Office of Fair Trading
prior to making a decision whether or not to recommend extending
the existing PTTS Block Exemption for a further five years. The OfT
will make a recommendation to the Secretary of State before the end
of 2010.
Members are asked to: Approve the detail of the Authority's
response.
