Decision: Resolved: That the application to list The Punch Bowl Public House, Lowther Street, York as an Asset of Community Value be approved, as the criteria had been met for the reasons set out in the report.
Reason: To ensure the Council meets its legislative requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and promotes community access to community facilities.
Minutes: The Executive Leader considered a report which presented an application from the Friends of the Punch Bowl to list the Punch Bowl, 134 Lowther Street, York as an Asset of Community Value (ACV).
The Executive Leader stated that, having considered the report, he was pleased to approve the application as a very compelling case had been put forward to demonstrate that the criteria had been met.
Resolved: That the application to list The Punch Bowl Public House, Lowther Street, York as an Asset of Community Value be approved, as the criteria had been met for the reasons set out in the report.
