Note:

This meeting will only go ahead if the Scrutiny Management Committee  (SMC), which will meet on 15 June 2009, requests the Executive to re-consider the decisions made by the Executive Member for City Strategy on 2 June regarding the item on Petitions for 20mph Speed Limits on Residential Roads.  If this is the case, a minute of the decision of SMC will be circulated at this meeting.  However, if the SMC confirms the Executive Member’s decisions on this item, then this meeting will be cancelled.

At this point Members are asked to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in the business on this agenda.

At this point in the meeting, members of the public who have registered their wish to speak regarding an item on the agenda or a matter within the Executive’s remit can do so. The deadline for registering is 5:00 pm on Monday, 15 June 2009.

To reconsider the decisions taken by the Executive Member for City Strategy on 2 June 2009 regarding the above item, if requested to do so by the Scrutiny Management Committee (Calling-in) meeting on 15 June 2009.
