Your chance to speak to Councillors Hyman, Orrell and Runciman, your Safer Neighbourhood Team, Street Environment Officer and Neighbourhood Management Officer informally before the main meeting.

1.1     The Resident had the opportunity to speak to Councillors Hyman, Orrell and Runciman, Claire Taylor, Iain Dunn, PCSO John Armstrong and Parish Councillors Don Crawford and Richard Revell.

The minutes of the last meeting will be agreed and updates given on any action points. 

2.1  Due to the low attendance a decision was made not to go ahead with the main meeting.  There was ample opportunity during the surgery to discuss items on the agenda.

Officers from your local Safer Neighbourhood Team will give an update on the work they have been doing in the ward and answer your questions.

Your Street Environment Officer, Iain Dunn will talk about the Love Where You Live campaign and how residents can be involved.
