NB: Please note that, as of an Executive Member Decision in July 2026, that CYC is no longer be working with North Yorkshire Council or North York Moors on plan-making for waste and minerals this working group will no longer be required. These matters will now be covered by our Planning Policy and Local Plan Advisory Group.
