Purpose: The purpose of this forum is to offer an opportunity for a greater understanding to be gained by all parties and to givecommunity representatives the opportunity to feed into the planning process.  The forum receive proposals from the developer ahead of any formal planning submission. 

Meetings: The frequency of meetings is led by the development process.
