Aim:

City Centre Management Company with support from YF, CYC and Private sector businesses – creation and implementation of Action Plan plus investigation into the creation of a Business Improvement District.

Meetings:

Board meeting every two months for approx 2 hours. Discussions with Chief Executive, other directors between meetings as required.

Meetings are usually held at 5 Silver Street, York.

Conditions:

Prefer no substitute reps as members are Directors of Company.

City of York Council officer involvement

Director and Officer of EDU directly involved as signatures to the YF Funding contract.  Council wide officer involvement up to Chief Executive level as required by YCCP Chief Executive.
