Purpose:

 

A registered charity, its purpose is the relief of persons in the parish of St. Michael-le-Belfrey who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress.

 

Meetings are held once a year at the offices of Grays Solicitors, Duncombe Place, York.

 

Membership:

 

The City of York Council representatives are trustees and each appointment shall be made for a term of four years.
