Peasholme Centre Management Committee

Description

Purpose:

 

The Peasholme Centre Charity works in partnership with the City of York Council, local trusts and volunteers, churches and local business to help the homeless of the city. Since its founding in 1988 it has provided crisis, homeless prevention and resettlement services with the aim of helping homeless single people access and maintain accommodation which is appropriate to their needs. Services are provided through the resettlement centre, temporary supported housing, housing support and training.

 

Meetings:

 

There are eight meetings of the Board of Trustees and two meetings of the Advisory Council. Meetings are held at Peasholme Resettlement Centre.
