City Place Partnership (a city leaders group)

The City Place Partnership is a partnership body comprising senior stakeholders representing key sectors in York. Its role is to consider strategic issues in the city and to identify opportunities that support the wider ambitions of the city. The Partnership is not a decision-making body and does not have any formal or voting power.

Membership

Representatives from (but not limited to):

·       City of York Council (Leader and Chief Operating Officer)

·       York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority

·       Members of Parliament

·       Education providers

·       Business organisation representatives

·       Health and wellbeing providers

·       Civic Trust
