• Councillor Peter Kilbane - Personal and Prejudicial - Cllr Kilbane declared that he had a prejudicial interest in relation to minute 127 as his partner worked for SASH a youth homelessness charity that works across York, North and East Yorkshire.
• Councillor Robert Webb - Prejudicial - Cllr Webb declared that he had a prejudicial interest in relation to minute 130 as a director of Veritau.
