• Councillor Keith Aspden - Prejudicial - Cllr Aspden Ward Councillor and Fulford Parish Councillor confirmed that he had a prejudicial interest in item 9 Germany Beck Flood Alleviation Scheme Update, this was due to the Parish Council being a landowner effected by the flooding.
