  • Councillor Dafydd Williams - Personal - As Yorkshire Water, his employer, were one of the sponsors of the Tour de France event.
  • Councillor David Levene - Personal - As his employer, Social Enterprise Yorkshire and the Humber, were involved in the legacy programme surrounding the event and he took no part in the discussion or voting thereon.
