• Councillor Viv Kind - Personal and Prejudicial - As a foster carer, Councillor Kind declared a personal and prejudicial interest in Annex 5 of Agenda Item 8 ‘Revenue Budget Estimates – 2007/8’. She decided to remain in the room unless there was discussion about the content of that particular annex, but no comments on that annex were made.
