• Councillor Christian Vassie - Personal and Prejudicial - Cllr Vassie declared a personal prejudicial interest in Plans item 5d) (Wheldrake C of E Primary School, North Lane, Wheldrake) as he was a governor and his child attended the primary school and he left the room and took no part in the discussion and voting thereon.
