Review of leaseholder handbook and leasehold charges

The review of the handbook is to bring it up to date and to ensure that it reflects current legislation and good practice.  The purpose of the review of leaseholder charges is to (i) ensure leaseholders are correctly charged to reflect the true cost of the service;  (ii) current legislation (section 20) is incorporated into the procedures e.g. leaseholders are consulted correctly on major works and services;  and (iii) review the current system of invoicing
