Purpose of Report:
The report will present the representations received in response to
the Statutory Consultation for a proposed amendment to the York
Parking, Stopping & Waiting Traffic Regulation Order (TRO). The
proposed amendment to the TRO was to introduce a ‘No Waiting
at any time’ restrictions in each location.
The Executive Member will be asked to consider the consultation
responses received during the statutory consultation period for the
amendment to the TRO

Advertisement of Notice of Proposal on Street
and in a locally circulated Newspaper, the local Ward Cllrs
received notification of the proposal and were asked to comment on
the consultation.
Consultees:
The consultees were Ward Cllrs and the Statutory Consultees
(Police, Fire, Ambulance, Road haulage association and Freight
transport), residents adjacent to the area and businesses
