York Central Land Disposal
The purpose of this report is to provide the
Executive with a recommendation on the disposal of Council land at
York Central to enable the development scheme and create affordable
housing. The Executive will be asked to
approve the disposal of land, and delegate authority to the
Director of City Development, in consultation with the Director of
Governance, to negotiate and finalise the terms of the disposals
and legal documentation required to give effect to the
proposals.
