Decision to widen the conditions relating to the City Centre Public Space Protection Order (PSPO)
This report will present the outcome of a city
wide consultation on widening the conditions in the City Centre
PSPO to further reduce the incidence of anti-social behaviour for
both residents and visitors to the city. The evidence provided,
including the results of the current consultation, will determine
the conditions to be added.
The Executive will be asked to, in light of the evidence presented,
the Executive will be asked to agree to increase the number and
type of conditions within the existing PSPO for the City
Centre.
