Purpose of Report:
This report presents the findings for the statutory consultation
for the proposal to introduce a permanent Anti-Terrorism Traffic
Regulation Order (ATTRO) for the city centre.
The Executive will be asked to:
Consider the representations received through the statutory
consultation process and decide whether a permanent ATTRO should be
implemented for the city centre.
