Car Parking Charges Review
Purpose of Report:
This report presents the findings from the independent review of
car parking charges produced by Arup, covering Bishopthorpe Road,
Micklegate, Heworth (East Parade) and The Groves. The report will
present options for Executive to consider whether to take forward
recommendations from the independent review.
The Executive will be asked to:
Consider options based on the recommendations from the independent
review, including whether the car parking charges in Bishopthorpe
Road, Micklegate, Heworth (East Parade) and The Groves should be
amended.
