York and North Yorkshire Climate Risks and Opportunities Assessment (YNY CCROA)

The report asks members to endorse the YNY CCROA as a key part of the city’s climate change and net zero evidence base. The assessment was undertaken by the YNY Combined Authority in partnership with City of York Council and North Yorkshire Council.

The Executive Member will be asked to note the key risks and opportunities arising from climate change over the short, medium and longer term under various climate scenarios.
