Internal consultation with CYC technical
officers has been undertaken to ensure the proposed approach is
appropriate.
There is no statutory requirement to consult on changes to the
Instalment Policy. Once the revised Instalment Policy has been
agreed, interested parties will be contacted directly to be
informed of the revision. All updates in relation to the change
will be made available on the Council’s website:
https://www.york.gov.uk/planning-policy/community-infrastructure-levy.
Information regarding the Instalment Policy will be provided to
planning permission applicants as necessary.
