consider the representations received following the extended
statutory consultation to introduce a new residents parking scheme
advertised as ‘R66 Wellington Street’ along with
limited waiting restrictions on Heslington Road. The Executive
Member will be asked to decide what action should now be
taken.

boundary were hand delivered information relating to the advertised
restrictions, legal order and updated permit costs along with a
covering letter outlining why the statutory consultation period had
been extended and to encourage residents to engage in the final
process.
