Local Development Scheme

The Council is required to produce and regularly update a Local Development Scheme (LDS) setting out the indicative forward plan-making timetable to comply with the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended by the Localism Act 2011). This report will present a revised LDS for decision. The Executive will be asked to confirm that the Local Development Scheme Update be approved. Reason: To ensure that the Council Complies with the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended by the Localism Act 2011).
