Council house acquisitions and disposals policy
This report will recommend approval of a
policy document that will enable an effective programme for the
disposal of a small proportion of council homes which do not meet
our long term objectives and to replace these through acquisitions
on a one for one basis. The Executive will be asked to approve the
acquisitions and disposals policy including suitable
delegations.
