Increase to Fixed Penalty Notices
Purpose of the Report: To agree increases to the Fixed Penalty
Notices charges (including early repayment discounts) for:
Fly-tipping, Household Duty of Care, Littering and Fly-posting
offences.
The Executive Member will be asked: To approve recommended
increases as outlined in the report.
This item has been withdrawn as this will now be considered as part of the overall Financial Strategy 2024/25 report to be considered at Executive on 25 January 2024.
