Moving Traffic Offence Enforcement Consultation Responses (Part 6 Traffic Management Act 2004)
Purpose of the
Report:
To review the consultation responses to share TMA 2004 part 6
moving traffic enforcement and specifically the proposed pilot
scheme enforcing the restriction at Micklegate. This is in advance of the application
to the Department for Transport requesting the sharing of these
powers.
The Executive Member will be asked to note the results of the
consultation and make a decision on whether to proceed with the
application to the Department for Transport.
