Strensall with Towthorpe Neighbourhood Plan – Examiner’s Report and Decision Statement

Purpose of Report: To inform members of the outcomes of the Strensall with Towthorpe Neighbourhood Plan Examiners Report and recommendations. To ask Executive to endorse the Council’s Decision Statement on the recommendations and consequently, to allow the neighbourhood plan to proceed to referendum.

The report requests that Executive agrees the Strensall with Towthorpe Neighbourhood Plan Examiners Report and recommendations, and the Council’s Decision Statement on the recommendations, to allow the neighbourhood plan to proceed to referendum.

Consultations have taken place at area designation stage, pre-submission stages and submission stage in line with applicable Regulations. A Consultation Statement has been submitted as part of the suite of submission documents by Strensall Parish Council outlining the consultation undertaken pre-submission. Post submission consultation has been undertaken by City of York Council.
