The Executive will be asked to:
1. Consider any amendments to the Scheme following
consultation.
2. Approve the submission of the Scheme and Consultation Summary to
Government.

Consultation process
The report updates on the results of a statutory consultation process, carried out over 8 weeks in the autumn. The consultation was publicised to allow responses from all members of the public over 16, organisations and businesses from across the York and North Yorkshire sub-region. Key partners and stakeholders were also approached for comments.
