Draft Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule
Purpose of Report: To present a draft Community Infrastructure Levy
(CIL) Charging Schedule setting out the proposed charges to support
delivery and to help mitigate the infrastructure costs associated
with development.
The Executive will be asked to review the draft CIL Charging
Schedule and agree to formally consult on the above schedule in
line with the CIL Regulations 2010.
