Purpose of Report: To report to the Executive Member the outcome of
the Highways Maintenance Officer’s site investigation of the
reported poor carriageway and drainage conditions of Buttacre Lane, Askham
The Executive Member will be asked to consider the report in the context of the Council’s maintenance obligations and next steps.
A decision on this item was deferred at the 15 November 2022 meeting to allow for the Council’s Legal Department to consider any additional Section 56 notices that are submitted before a decision would be made.
