Emergency Planning Shared Service Collaboration Agreement between City of York Council and North Yorkshire County Council
Purpose of Report: An Officer decision was made in consultation
with the relevant Executive Member to enter into a pilot shared
service arrangements with North Yorkshire County Council. Executive
will be updated on the pilot and asked to consider ongoing
arrangements:
The Executive will be asked to consider options to either;
terminate the arrangement allowing for a required 6 month
termination process and revert to previous arrangements by 31st
March 2023 or to continue the arrangement for a shared service
between the Authorities.
