City Centre Access – Action Plan Update
Purpose of Report: The report will provide an update on the
Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill and future of pavement
café licenses.
An update on progress of the Action Plan approved at November
Executive as part of the Strategic Review of City Centre
Access.
The Executive will be asked to consider the regulatory arrangements
for Pavement Café Licenses and consider progress and next
steps in the delivery of the Strategic Review of City Centre Access
Action Plan.
