Purpose of Report: The report will consider the objections raised to the proposed ‘No Waiting at any Time’ Restrictions proposed for Cavendish Grove, Tranby Avenue and Moore Avenue/Osbaldwick Lane junction and offer an Officer Recommendation for the outcome.

The Executive Member will be asked to consider the objections and decide on the extent of proposed ‘No Waiting at any time’ restrictions for Cavendish Grove, Tranby Avenue and Moore Avenue/Osbaldwick Lane junction.

Advertisement on affected streets and in a local Newspaper and all residents of properties adjacent to the proposed areas of restriction, Ward Cllrs and Parish Councils were asked to comment on the Consultation.
