Housing Delivery Programme update – Delivering Affordable Housing on Council Land
Purpose of Report: The report provides an update on the Housing

the proposed tenure mix for these sites and to extend our second
hand share ownership scheme. The report will also review the
potential for other CYC sites to be included in the Housing
Delivery programme – former Askham Bar Park and Ride site and 17-21
