Purpose of Report: To approve the councils discretionary scheme for providing financial support to vulnerable families across the city with food and utility bills within the scope of the Governments funding rules.

The Executive Member for Finance and Performance in consultation with the Executive Member for Housing & Safer Neighbourhoods will be asked to approve the HSF scheme.
