provide the Executive Member with an update on the MEES project
funded by the Department Of Business Energy and Industrial Strategy
(BEIS). To advise the Executive Member of the upcoming changes to
the law and the implications for the city.
Executive Member will be asked to note the report and its findings
including the future implications.
