Purpose of Report: To consider the tier 2 business grant scheme.

 

The Executive Member is asked to approve the proposed method of delivering the tier 2 business grant scheme.

 

To ensure the council can respond quickly to implementing  the Tier 2 business grants scheme after expected government guidance is received in order to ensure funding is delivered as soon as possible to those businesses in York that need it, this item was unable to be added to the forward plan 28 days prior to a decision being made.
