Update on the Asset Management Strategy 2017-2022
Purpose of Report to set out the progress against the delivery of
the Asset Management Strategy for the Council for the period
2017-2022. The report will set out work undertaken over the last 3
years to deliver the strategy.
The report will review the strategic objectives set out in the
strategy to reflect the impact of COVID 19 and the developing
agenda around sustainability.
The report will also set out the process for considering future use
of council assets and a series of business cases and proposals for
lease disposal and acquisition to deliver further strategic
benefits to the City Council.
The Executive will be asked to review the objectives in the
Strategy and consider business cases for lease disposal or
acquisition of assets.
