Update on the Housing Delivery Programme – including Duncombe Barracks, Burnholme and self-build
Purpose of Report: to update the Executive on progress made on the
Housing Delivery Programme since the last Executive approval in
September 2019. The report will then go on to seek a capital budget
for the development of new homes at the former Duncombe Barracks and Burnholme sites as well as seeking permission to
release a number of smaller sites for self- builders.
