Update on the Housing Delivery Programme – including Duncombe Barracks, Burnholme and self-build

Purpose of Report: to update the Executive on progress made on the Housing Delivery Programme since the last Executive approval in September 2019. The report will then go on to seek a capital budget for the development of new homes at the former Duncombe Barracks and Burnholme sites as well as seeking permission to release a number of smaller sites for self- builders.

The Executive are asked to approve the allocation of some of the Housing Delivery Programme capital budget for the development of new homes at the former Duncombe Barracks and Burnholme sites as well as selling a number of smaller sites for self-builders.
